Verizon customers may wonder how to access their email accounts. The following guide shows you how to do it, whether you use a computer or a mobile device. Please note that you must log in separately if you have multiple Verizon accounts. There may be some features available on certain devices, but not all.
How To Access Verizon Email In 2022?
Verizon has retired its email service, and customers should have been notified about this in 2017. If Verizon.net had retired, you would have needed to migrate to AOL or Yahoo to continue receiving your Verizon.net email.
How do you access your Verizon email, such as what information you need? Let me answer that question and more below!
Can I Still Access My Verizon Email?
Verizon.net email users who migrated to AOL or Yahoo can still access their Verizon email by going to mail.aol.com or verizon.yahoo.com.
On the sign-in page of verizon.yahoo.com, enter your full Verizon email address if you decide to migrate to Yahoo.
During the login process, you cannot have Caps Lock on and will need to select “Next”. Your password is case-sensitive.
Lastly, you can still access your Verizon.net email account by selecting “Login” after entering your password.
Like the previous step, you would enter your login credentials at mail.aol.com if you switched to AOL in 2017.
What Happened to Verizon Email?
The Verizon.net email service was retired in 2017, according to a statement released by Verizon. The company said it wanted to focus on providing customers with what it does best: offering web-based services.
The company also stated that it would continue providing the best Internet, TV, and voice services possible, so it had to discontinue the email client and email business.
Why Is Verizon Email Not Working?
Your Verizon.net email account may not work if you’ve tried logging in to AOL or Yahoo to access it.
Any account that has not migrated by December 15, 2017, will not be able to access their email, address book, emails, or calendars, and the information has been deleted.
You can’t migrate, export your data, or switch email providers to keep your Verizon.net email.

Ensure that you enter your Verizon email address in the full form if you’re having trouble logging in through AOL.

Does Yahoo Still Support Verizon Email?
You can still use Yahoo to check your Verizon.net account if you switched in 2017.
Furthermore, if you have trouble logging into the system through Yahoo, keep in mind that you need to type your full email, including @Verizon.net, in the username section.
